[IMC-Video] can we pupate and create?

Good points.

It there a way to syndicate video files posted to the local IMCs to the 
IMC video site the way Indymedia.us syndicates features from the local 
IMCs?
Also where did the discussion about live video streaming lead to, did 
anyone figure it out?
