the idea of multistream chanel sounds intersting.. in madrid we have been
working on this concept. based on the structre of the r23.cc server..
normal we use the theora streamer.. which works greats it used the dvgrab
with the pipeline utilities compresiong it your format of choice. in our
case ogg.  the limittions we have found are in your upload rate of your
bandwith and CPU.. we 20mb bandwith and 1,8 dual procesor celeron ausus
labtop we can generate a constante "dropout" free stream with vcd quality.
and the grafical interface is realy esay to use..
  but anyway, since i said in the beginig on of the plans that we have is
create creat chanel that fills in diffrent streams... we´d like to
particpate in this project at a global level
