[IMC-Video] problem with ogg video streaming on berkman

Hi, we're testing the video broadcasting setup for the other campaign
event tomorrow and having a problem. 

oggfwd connects correctly without error, and vlc connects too, but it
never opens a video window. we did a bandwidth test and the streaming
site has tons of bandwidth. can someone look at the logs on
radio.indymedia.org for sd.ogg and sd2.ogg and reply all and tel us if
there's anything there?
