[IMC-Video] flash player recipe

i am new to this list, so i haven´t read all the threads, but one thing that
keeps me from and my colective from using flash or youtube is the creative
commons licences.. first of flash isn´t a sharelike media therefore if
somebod finds my video around on the web its very diffuclt for them to
download, or re edit it.. secondly the compresion quality is horrible for
projecting or broadcast.. and finally when you open an acount with
youtube(or which ever) you sign a disclosure saying that you authorize full
use of your material to the owners of the website for what ever use.. so
they could easily re sell your material with out your knowledge!
