[IMC-Video] video streaming discussion...

speaking of video streaming via icecast,
if a lot of folks get into it, maybe we could setup a continuous video 
channel.  it could be functionally equivalent to the way we setup 
critical mass radio network, with stream switching handled by the 
icecast server.

(I don't know how well the video players handle size, framerate, etc.
changing as the video plays -- I know iTunes had trouble with CMRN if we
switched samplerates.)
