[IMC-Video] brackets in urls on video.indymedia.org

Hi i've noticed that sometimes links to videos on video.indymedia.org 
are not correctly interpreted because they have brackets, for example: 
http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2007/04/18/18401131.php

I think our auto-linking code on indybay is correct, and the brackets 
should get url-encoded by video.indymedia.org (in this case from 
[Indymedia] to %5BIndymedia%5D) -- so this seems like a (minor) bug on 
video.indy?
