Hi Michael,
Thanks for your response :)
There is a project page on Code Coop for Indytube here:
http://codecoop.org/projects/indytube/
However the latest work AFAIK on this is actually on the Plumi tracker here:
http://www.plumi.org/browser/indytube
Plumi is a video-sharing app built on Plone:
http://plumi.org
Here are the Plumi tickets related to Indytube to get an idea of what
we're working on:
http://www.plumi.org/query?status=new&status=assigned&status=reopened&component=Transcoding&component=EmbeddedPlayback&order=priority
I think the status is that John Duda has been contributing our changes
back to Indytube on Code Coop, but we (Plumi/EngageMedia) may take over
maintenance of this at some point.
The ticket related to implementing the mv_embed script is here:
http://www.plumi.org/ticket/19
Someone has already tested the use of mv_embed with Indytube, but has
not yet contributed the code AFAIK.
There is an Indytube list here:
http://lists.codecoop.org/mailman/listinfo/indytube-coders
But you may be better off joining the Plumi list here:
http://lists.plumi.org/listinfo/discuss
Thanks for your excellent work on mv_embed! We hope to be able to use
this via Indytube and the Plumi video-sharing package in the near
future. Your help with this would be much appreciated. Very interested
to know about playlists in the script and sub-titling too.
Also please do let us know about the outcomes of w3c video meeting :)
Cheers,
Anna
