[IMC-Video] Fwd: [Imc-drupal-dev] request for an indymedia transcoding server

i've got the flv part of the setup implemented in indytube, with a
twisted-based client/server architecture to offload transcoding to
another box.  it should be possible, with a bit of tweaking, to also
use this setup for ogg transcoding...

the code is at codecoop: http://codecoop.org/projects/indytube

but i don't have a server with high enough cpu power to set up a
general network transcoding service.  i'd be happy to help with the
software end of this, though.
