[IMC-Video] Update Downloads

Hi,

we got a new donated box and the direct http downloads will be back  
soon. The transfer of the videos is running since a few days. This  
will not be the fasted download, but it will be something to start with.

Also, if you can organize a regular payment for bandwidth, bolobolo  
(where video.indy is hosted at the moment) can get some cheap extra  
bandwidth that would give us a bit more room for video downloads.  
Bolobolo was a big big help at the point where the old ahimsa rack  
went offline. It was the only Tech Group that had 100G of free disk  
space for us.

i guess the bolobolo kids will post some details here soon..

To make this more clear. This would a big and easy help for bolobolo  
and video.indy.

We could enable video downloads directly from the main server, and  
bolobolo could provide more bandwidth for there hosted projects.

in my opinion a very good solution, and it is not that much money if  
ppl share it.

lets get some money together here, i start with 30e every month until  
i lose my job ;)
