[IMC-Video] newsreel

I think this is a fricken awesome idea. The simple idea of combining
efforts, I think, is really important. I think that if there was a site,
like video.indymedia.org where people knew that some stuff would be
broadcast on fstv, then probably more people would submit material.

Also, a lot of people were already submitting material, but a subtitling
tool like the one for g8-tv.org would be awesome, as the material is in
so many languages and it worked great for the g8.

The borderlands Hacklab has offered to try to find hosting and we're
still working on it. I think we're a few weeks away at best, but we
should definitely be able to offer some part of hosting.
