[IMC-Video] plumi

I think we should go ahead and set up test installs of:
- plumi (plone)
- filmforge (drupal),

plus any other real candidate CMS that anyone wants to propose, though
these seem like the main possibilities. Please note that if the open
media library folks get their act together, it will be a 3rd candidate
for video.indy: http://participatoryculture.org/medialibrary/)

Let's play around with them, try to configure each to do, look, and feel
like we want it to.

I made one mockup of a potential theme/layout for new video.indy here
(feedback and alternative proposals very much encouraged!):

After a trial period with both have a consensus decision about which one
to point video.indymedia.org to.

We can start with the plumi test since it's ready to go! Filmforge eta
is a few weeks.

So, will you set up plumi test lotu5? That would be awesome!
