Some work was done with ATvideo (key product for plone video  
handling) to make this work but it was never made a high enough  
priority. I don't think its a huge stretch though.

A product that might provide a prototype (or possibly be extended for  
use with archive.org) is

Also if there are people in the Boston area interested in Plone  
multimedia there is a sprint there starting this wednesday and going  
until sunday
