[IMC-Video] Mirror hosting - Australia

Hi,

I'm interested in some more information on hosting a mirror for
indymedia videos in Australia. What sort of bandwidth is required (or
was required previously when video access was available) and how much
disk space?

Also would there be some form of geo-redirection such that the majority
of hits to a server we host would be from say Australia and New Zealand?
It's a bit pointless someone in Longdon hitting us - from a network
perspective! So we'd prefer to know the majority of our traffic would be
from "local" eyeballs.
