philly is using it.  i'm going to (hopefully) get imc-netherlands set
up later this month. i don't know of any other imc's which are using
it, but i do know that engagemedia has made extensive use of the code
(and have done pretty much all the work done on it recently)

it seems that engagemedia is basically about to release their whole
video sharing solution gpl as a plone thing:

so if someone wanted to set up a centralized video sharing site for
indymedia, then it would be very easy, assuming you had the hardware
to throw at plone and encoding.  if someone has the former (and the
bandwidth to serve video!) i will hurry up and finish the idea i have
for remote encoders....
