We're aware of these programs, but also aware of their limitations, we  have 
a volunteer-based professional development team to develop our own  video 
program (and other systems), so we can able to own and  manipulate the technology 
to freely rewrite/update the program/structure of the  video system for add 
additional user functions, new features, an make it  user-friendly.
