[IMC-Video] Plumi

I think this sounds right.. i certainly know a lot of python hackers,
if we want to setup a plone/plumi site we could hopefully recruit some.
I'd vote for plone since it's something i dont have much experience 
with, so i can leave all the heavy lifting to someone else ;)
I could help a little around the edges.

anyways first we need to be a little more clear about what we're 
trying to do..
