Well, the main point is that plone needs allot more resources then we
have in the network. We have slow server with few memory. Also, these
$bigcompanys with allot of money have much more possibilities to have
a bigger server setup in one rack with the database seperated, etc pp.

They are able to run a fast plone site because they can buy the
hardware for a big setup.

bolobolo, the machine where video.indy is running at the moment looks like this.

Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.40GHz
512MB RAM
158G Diskspace for the Videos
2Mbit Inet

There is no way to run plone on this box...
