No, there is no documentation because the mirroring processes is  
still in development. I think we will use the v2v.cc distribution  
technique in the future, but there are some tasks to be done before  
we can use it.

For the moment you can use the rsync://video.indymedia.org/videos, i  
only need the IP of your mirror to give you access.

Also, you can have dl2.video.indymedia.org as vhost, but any other  
domain is also possible. Just let me know.
