[IMC-Video] FinanceRequest

Hi, is there a donate link on video.indy yet?  I still think it 
would be good for video.indy to have its own online fund drive.

one possible issue is that imc-finance requests aren't usually for 
a monthly commitment, they are usually a flat sum, and then if more 
funds are needed later another request is made.  it might be easier 
to pass the proposal if it's 200 euros/month for some set amount of 
time.

btw 200 euros per month would be $3556.56 per year.
