[IMC-Video] video indymedia feeds

I've added a feed created with feeddigest.com t

It takes the feeds of indymedia bay area, portland,
ireland, madrid and columbus, pepperspray, and
video.indymedia.org and mashes them up into
one feed. 

This is something we talked about doing an indymedia
channel for the transmission miro player.

one thing that is noticable is that most of the
indymedia feeds don't have images for their feeds. 

let me know if there are other feeds that should be
included and i'll add them
