This will not be the case. I don't think i will re-use the current  
ivdn cms code. Too many of the requested features are already  
implemented in one or the other cms. Or it would be less work to  
implement them with a different framework.

nimiq, the ivdn cms, would need a half re-write to get it up-to-date  
with the current frameworks.

My long term plans are to re-use the new indymedia cms. i might be  
able to hack one or two features into the current site, but thats it  
for the moment.

anyway. i don't think that we are far away from a fresh kick off for  
the new imc-cms.

and then i will be happy to implement these feature requests ;)
