[IMC-Video] indymedia video podcast channel

Hi, i would like to suggest one thing: not syndicating all posted 
videos by default.  The way we do it at indybay is, content comes 
in as "New", and only if we move it to certain statuses (in our 
case "Local News" or "Global News") does it get syndicated.

The trouble is when a link like this gets syndicated: 
http://www.indymedia.ie/article/86557 and then after the fact, the 
editors decide to hide it.  but it's already listed on the channel, 
and you get "Document Not Available Sorry.  This story has been 
hidden due to a possible breach of the editorial guidelines and is 
under review by the editorial group."

of course this sort of thing is sometimes unavoidable, but the idea 
is to minimize it...
