[IMC-Video] indymedia video podcast channel

Hi, btw, we need indymedia sites to generate moderated RSS feeds for 
everything, not just video.  e.g. there's a similar issue with audio 
that is syndicated to radio.indymedia.org (when that is operational 
again).

it shouldn't be hard to setup on most indymedia CMSs as long as there is 
some way to classify news (like sf-active has had).  on a drupal site 
you might have RSS feeds (thru views module) for everything, filtered 
and unfiltered, so just make sure a filtered RSS feed is being used by 
aggregation sites.
