[IMC-Video] indymedia video drupal test system

hiya
this sounds like a job for the 'unique ideintifier code' as talked about at
transmission, off and on? maybe?
am not sure how the avoiding duplication function is coming along for the
drupal aggregator currently in development, might this be able to help in
the miro case?
