I'm thinking local sites should create a more selective feed 
of videos they really want to syndicate to a global site?  it 
would actually be a major change for our local site though, 
since right now we don't really have this concept in our 
editorial classification system.
but it might be a while until there are enough people 
maintaining the global site to constantly demote lower quality 
stuff and promote the good stuff..
