[IMC-Video] open call to add feeds to vision-dev.clearerchannel.org indymedia test site

hi there, 

As there's no objections, and as it's a test site, I
propose that we open the test site to other feeds so
we can test how they appear, and let people test it
out. 

So if you've got a feed related to indymedia content
matter and you want to test out this system, then
email with the address of the feed and to request a
password for the site.
