Onderwerp : [Imc-vlaanderen] answer of indy-ovl to the proposal for the application form of imc-women

Ziet er goed uit. Het enige probleem dat ik heb is dat de nadruk nog
steeds ligt op het bestrijden van ondervertegenwoordiging, dat volgens
mij eerder een symptoom is dan de ziekte. Ik stel volgende
aanvullingen/wijzigingen voor. Wat denkt de rest er van?

While we think it is important to keep this underrepresentation in
mind, the feminist struggle is more than just a struggle for equal
representation, as this will only be a partial solution. We thought it
would be wise to question our functioning as a collective where we
might attract certain types of personalities and repell others, thus
fighting the very cause of underrepresentation.
