[imc-vt-tech] Is imc-vt-tech a dormant mailing list ?

Hi,

this mailing list appears to be pretty dormant. Does it still make sense
to keep it? If so, who is willing to take over administration (two
people minimum, please), since it does not seem to get moderated these
days.
