[Imc-wales] contacts list

Hi

Phunkee has sent through some contacts of people living in Wales who have got in touch with 
indymedia recently or not so recently for one reason or another, mainly to volunteer to help with 
indymedia projects.  I've emailed all of them to invite them to get involved and join the list.

For the future, we could do with someone on the imc-contacts list, who would keep an eye on messages 
and respond to people in Wales with our list details and some information about what we're doing.
