[Imc-wales] indymedia list - our name

I've been doing some research on names and addresses for e-lists within indymedia.

Having read Mair's minutes, it does seem as Shiar thought, that we had agreed on imc-cymru-wales as
a list name.

However.... I've had a look at https://lists.indymedia.org/, and at all the lists under "local
europe". Basically, all sorts of different names and formats are used, and it seems to be quite in
order for us to use cymru-imc-wales, although in general all the uk lists are in the format
imc-name. It would also have the advantage of being clearly different to the name used by indycymru
list, which is imc-cymru.

My proposal, therefore, as this was the first choice of the meeting on Saturday, and our proposal
was only modified to imc-cymru-wales to fit in with standard uk practice, is that we should change
the list to the new name of cymru-imc-wales.

I can request a name change for the list without having to set up a new one. Found this at: info at
https://docs.indymedia.org/view/Sysadmin/ListWorkAdminFAQ#Renaming_Mailing_Lists. This would
preserve our archives and membership etc.

What do people think?

Genny
