[Imc-wales] a mock-up of possible cymru-imc-wales page

Hi

I've been messing around with the layout of a possible page for us.

This is what I've come up with, based on the suggestion at the meeting that we should go for 
something with red and green...

What do people think?

The masthead is made up of a view of Snowdon, the Welsh dragon who went to Faslane (Branwen? 
Bronwen? Blodwen?), and Beaumaris castle occupied in protest at the occupation of Iraq.  Please feel 
free to make and suggest alternative mastheads.  The dimensions need to be 800x100 pixels.  We don't 
have to stick with the same one forever either.  They can easily be swapped.

I'm not terribly happy with the writing but it's late and this was just to give people something to 
comment on.

Anyone made progress on the editorial guidelines and/or mission statement?  Oh, editorial guidelines 
were partly my responsibility.  Have to get onto it...
