I've had a message from Kelvin, which I've just forwarded to the list with his permission.

He also suggests the suggestion to have two front pages and two upload forms (one English, one 
Welsh) should be run past some Welsh speakers to see what works best for them.

Wietse has offered online help but won't be able to make the meeting - I have some other people to 
ask, so will chase this up.

He says:

"Next steps in the process could be:

1. At the meeting agree on a public meeting date and time. Also write an article for the UK site.
2. During the public meeting try to establish a mission statement and set editorial guidelines.
3. If there's then still enough interest: we can maybe get Chris from Sheffield to set up a 
development website, so you can change it to the looks you want and get practicing on the admin stuff.
4. Decide on a date to go online!"
