[Imc-wales] More on the meeting

Hi

Just had messages from Shiar and Phunkee (Birmingham imc) to say that they hope to be able to come 
along on 3rd Feb. to help guide us through the process of what needs to be done to set up a Wales imc.

I'm going to start looking round for places to meet, preferably pretty central, accessible etc.
Let me know if you have any (cheap) ideas.

Is everyone OK with a 1pm start?
If it's possible to arrange, who'd be interested in admin training afterwards? (either late 
afternoon or in the evening).
Who needs bed/crash space? Fri and/or Sat nights?
