How are you getting on with finding a venue??
Im fine with 1pm start
What do you mean with admin training? Do you mean tecchie stuff??
It's worthwhile i think to do as much as we can when we 're together there . 
. as we are all busy with other stuff.
I might be up for staying overnight on saturday . . if that's possible
