[Imc-wales] I'm fine with a 1pm start too but I'd prefer not to stop over if at all possible

Hi Danielle
The meeting will definitely start with lunch at 1. Say we get going about 1.30 or so... dunno how
long the meeting will take but we could perhaps set a time limit of a couple of hours and maybe stop
for a break and then do the training straight after so it doesn't exclude people who can't stay all
evening.
I need to check out what we need for training. [Wietse - can you advise?] If it's just laptops, I
can probably borrow a couple. If we need internet connection, that might be more difficult. I've
got 2 computers on broadband at home and an open wireless connection, but it's going to add a lot of
time for us to get back to my house (3 miles away), then get back to the station for trains etc.
So, if you could let me know what time you'd have to leave by, we'll see what we can sort out from
there.
Cheers
Genny
