[Imc-wales] Imc-wales Digest, Vol 5, Issue 13

Hi

If we want to have admin training on the day, then we will need to have computers (laptop or
otherwise) and an internet connection. Personally, I really want the opportunity to do the admin
training - even if people won't be doing admin on the site for a while yet, it'll be really useful
to see how it works.

I propose that we go ahead and book the venue with internet access, and that we ask people to
contribute towards the costs if they can. As a Wrexham person who won't have travel costs, I'm very
happy to pay a bigger contribution towards the room and to provide some food.

No-one should feel that they have to contribute if they can't afford it. So if there isn't enough
in the kitty at the end of the meeting, I'll make up the difference.

Is everyone OK with that plan?

Genny
