hi

attached are the original and the translation of the 'open posting' 
doc for the 'static (test) page'. the person who translated it says 
it def needs to be looked over (ive also noticed a few part that 
havent been translated). steffan, are you in a position to do this? 

that said, this has taken a lot more time than id have hoped so i 
think itd be a good idea for hamish to use what we have here to get a 
test page up so that we can move things on and get a clearer look at 
what still needs work.

not sure whats happening with the 'editorial guidelines'. i'll get on 
this asap.
