[Imc-wales] mobile broadband

on another note Norwich and most of derby is enabled for mobilebroadband,  in 
total there are 23.000 places in this country enabled so far,looks like i  
dont have to go to my local hotel and use there services,so far i have done this 
 on a number of occastions with no problems.
i will be able to stand on the side of a public highway with no obstruction  
to no one???
