Minutes of Wellington Indymedia collective meeting held on
Wednesday 11 July 2007 at Oblong Internet Cafe, starting at
7 pm

Present: Sebastian, Ken
Apologies: Strypey

1. Films. Sebastian has converted The Road to Guantanamo to
dvd. It's 90 min long. Ken will check copyright and dvd
player compatibility, and arrange Film Archive showing in
due course.
We discussed Big Easy to Big Empty, about the New Orleans
floods and aftermath, 30 min long, US$15, and decided to buy
it. It could be shown along with another similar length
film.

2. VBC Radio Show 88.3 FM. Strypey wants to help, doing one
programme per month. Ken will let Ali know.

3. Finances. We received $246 from the Film Archive for the
Cesky Sen showings. We spent $42 on the June issue of
W((i))ndy and donated $20 to the Fridge Diary. Leaving $765
in funds.
We agreed to donate another $20 to the August Fridge Diary
if it is published.

4. W((i))ndy. Ken will put this together around the 25 July.
Use this weekend's protest coverage on front page. Include
the report on the Mexican anarchist convergence.

5. People leaving. Sebastian leaves next week for Europe.
