Minutes of Wellington Indymedia collective meeting held on Wednesday 13
August at Oblong Internet Cafe
Meeting commenced 7.05 pm and closed 7.35 pm.

Note: There was no meeting in July. Next month's meeting will probably be
postponed.

1. Joint publication of W((i))ndy, Fridge diary and Oct 15 Solidarity
newsletter. We suggested meeting on Tuesday 26 August at 5 pm. Urs will
email participants.

2. Matt Donaldson's film. On hold for legal reasons, so no progress. Urs
has viewed it. Could be used at Film Archive in future.

3. Finances. We made $169-50 from the Matariki screenings. Outgoings were
$30 for July issue of        W((i))ndy (increased cost) and $20 for
projector hire for July film night. Currently we have $235.

4. Next issue of W((i))ndy. Meet 6 pm on Wednesday 27 August at Oblong.

5. Danyl leaving Windymedia and AIM. Acknowledged. He has been sent emails
by Ken.

6. Matariki film nights at Film Archive on 13/14 June. We showed the Tuhoe
film. Over 20 people came on both nights and our share of box office
receipts was $169-50.

7. Next film screenings. Ken will email Steve and see if they want to show
the Tuhoe film again around 15 October. Also whether they want to show one
of the popular films screened before e.g. Iraq for Sale, say in December.
