Dear sir/madam,

I'd love to come to see you face to face for a personal chat.  But until we have that opportunity your informed comment is solicited concerning secure borders, insurgency, terrorists, protest activity, treason, travelling comedians and a new trade opportunity through the film industry of the People's Republic of China.

Chinese and North Korean government quality emergency use equipment will be promoted through mutual reciprocal broadcast deals with interested parties.  Such a deal with the Russian Federation is currently in an advanced state of negotiation.

In the shows produced by Changchun Film Studio a dangerous and corrupt elite attempt to seize power over the entire world through the military might of the world's single most powerful nation.

A coalition of free nations cooperate to secure their borders against further aggressive penetrations.  Mutual assistance packages offer increased market access which helps to cushion the ill effects of an engineered global financial crisis, a crisis that is purposefully generated by the corrupt elite to serve the malevolent purpose of the most powerful families of Planet Zerozone.

The show is fiction, though the names and places bear striking resemblance to those of our own Earth.

Also proposed is a travelling road show, a comic cultural review.  But not only actors will travel with us.  We will be bringing our own security advisers and our own corps of medical professionals.

Our doctors and nurses will dispense free health care at each stop to your people in the name of your sovereign government.

"What we might say if you let us" may be read out at each performance, or broadcast, at your sovereign government's option.  Though the names and dates mentioned in the script bear a striking resemblance to real personalities and events, this is only a coincidence.  If you are willing, we will.  It's all just for fun.

Changchun Film Studio was the cradle of the Chinese film industry, it has over 60 years of history working for the greater benefit of the People's Republic of China, and now has entered the international media market with a fresh spirit, seeking new friends and old acquaintance.

The emergency use machines and other materials promoted through our shows include light armour, special purpose uniforms and innovative defence engines along with medical equipment, generators, accommodation and civilian transports.
