IMC Welligton meeting minutes 12th March 2008

1. Finances
We have $218 in bank plus $128 owing from Film Archive.

2. Badges
Geraldene sent some badges back to us. Some are at the Freedom Shop, and
some with Ken. Ken will give some to Darren and some to John in Auckland.

3. VBC radio show
10am on Thursdays on 88.3FM or www.vbc.org.nz

4. Auckland IMC
There is a group in Auckland! They are organising film nights (monthly).
Film night on 5th March very successful with around 50 people attending.

5. Newsreel
DVD almost finished but there are technical issue. Kerry will email Asher
to offer help.

6. Films
We don't have any new films at the moment. Film Archive is keen to show
the Tuuhoe film again around Matariki,

Film Night - Sunday, 30th March, 7.30pm - 128 Abel Smith Street
Films: New Orleans (30 mins (copy with Ken)) and Outfoxed (75 mins (copy
with Darren))
- Urs will book 128 (done)
- Kerry will do flyer
- Ken will write text
Projector is booked.

7. Clown court case
The clowns arrested in October 2006 are finally going to trial on
intimidation charges next week (18/19 March in Wellington District Court).
Kerry will be court reporter.

8. Migration to Drupal
Maybe it will happen. Check the imc-aotearoa-tech list.

9. Next Windy
Wed. 26th March, 6pm at Oblong
