Hello Ali,

As you may have heard The Department of Cultural Heritage have
released a High Power Frequency for a Wellington based Non-Commercial
radio station.

We are currently going through the application process and we would
really like to know if you would be willing to provide a letter of
recommendation for the VBC's application for High Power Frequency.

Please refer to the key points below as a guide to how to structure the
letter.

What is The VBC doing that you see as being a positive benifit to
Wellington and if so... How could it be improved with an extended
broadcast range.

Do you believe that The VBC has a proven dedication in supporting
and nurturing communities within Wellington and particulary in relation
to your field.

Does The VBC come across as having a unique style that differs
from other broadcasters in the Wellington Region.

If you are already a sponsor or advertiser, how do you see the
higher power frequency benefiting your organisation?

If you are not a sponsor or advertiser, do you think that The
VBC aquiring a full power signal would encourage you to invest in
supporting our services?

As well as anything else that may help with our application.

We would appreciate the letter of recommendation to be available by
Wednesday 14th of May.

All correspondence regarding this is strictly confidential and will not
be made public.

Thank you for your ongoing interest and support.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the matter.

Regards,

D xxx
