[imc-wmass-discuss] Next WMass Indymedia meeting, 9/10

OK, i got the upstairs room at the Jones Library in Amherst for 1:30, on 
Saturday, September 10. Hopefully the site problems will be fixed by then 
and we can come up with some new ideas for the banner, etc.
Also, since we've lost soooooo much ground during downtime, we'll need to 
talk about a major outreach campaign.
