Well, I uploaded the 24MB JPG file and still got the same problem.

As of 10 minutes ago (5:45pm EST) I was still getting the error message.

"User Input Error

No media found for upload.
DEBUGGING INFO
Server: wmass.indymedia.org"

I will try another test with a somewhat smaller file: 20MB.
