If so, I got an email (to editors) about this story being submitted for
approval.  Then I added my approval (2 votes are needed) and it now appears
in the center.  

If that is not what you meant, let me know.

PS:  regarding the problem of newswire not showing up.  I know that has
happened to you, but every time you mention it I go there and it doesn't
happen with me.  I am not sure what the problem is.
