This is to do with what I mentioned in my email:

As well as the image upload problem, which I think is definitely a memory
problem as I get a white screen when trying to access
http://wmass.indymedia.org/phpinfo.php and white screens are almost always
PHP memory is too low (note I just deleted 'phpinfo.php' as its insecure to
leave it there).  If you could increase PHP memory to 24MB that would be
great.
