I put The details of Rooms of Their On on indy.ie- in Other Press.
I put the details of the imprisonment of the Al Hayat Journalist
Keshlan Al Bayati on the newswire- it was placed in other press, where
Issues are not commented on. Currently on the Newswire we have
asideways photo of Superman and a feature about a fantasy film on the
Murder of Geo Bush. Are any other IMC's experiencing this
level of appallingness?

Bringing the issues of violence/war and poverty as well as resistance
and empowerment to the readers of IMC is incredibly difficult.
Personally, I have decided the sooner the better with the  womyn's
site-will publish on there and patch it through. But I have to
say, it's like watching a bunch of preoccupied teenagers and
their adventures in fantasy. It's not good enough. Things are
incredibly serious for women in terms of power.

btw: I filed the 'Rooms of Their own' piece and will update it when
the time comes nearer. We cannot take these agendas
personally or it would be very painful- but what a waste of an excellent
service!
