[Imc-worcester] upgrade

    Well the imc worcester webisite is now upgrade. I divided the 
neswire in 2 sections: local news and global news (a collective decision 
in the last formal meeting). Also remind ppl that the next meeting is 
august 3, 7:00 pm at Elm park (cross from the Greek Orthodox Cathedral). 
Points to discuss: imc worcester future...(how can we do more 
outreachs....), write articles !!!, press pass, skillshare to know how 
to administrate the webiste, and smash the capitalism :)
