[Imc-worcester] Moving WoIndy to Drupal

I just had a marathon conversation about this with Nick.
The first step is for me to mock up a WoIndy site in Drupal.

We should be able to keep most of the features of the current
site, while adding many many more.

In a couple places, things would be somewhat different:

* Photo uploads: Placement of photos in an article would be more
flexible, but the uploading process would be a bit more annoying.
(Though people comfortable with HTML could skip the annoying part.)

* Hidden posts: Right now there are two characteristics of hidden posts.

1. The background is red, and there's a little message saying "This
post has been hidden."

2. Google and other search engines are asked not to list these posts.

Other IMC sites using Drupal accomplish these using hacks, which seem
awful to me, and would be a pain for anyone having to maintain our
site.

#1 is probably doable, but I propose skipping it at first.

We would take some simple steps to accomplish #2, but it would still
be possible that Google would see hidden posts. This doesn't seem like
a big deal to me if we're not perfect.

Right now the majority of hidden posts are actually spams, which we
could easily catch and delete before they even appeared.

Please send me feedback or discuss these issues on this list. What
seems unimportant to me might be very important to someone else.
